Sarah Vinci started her basketball career in 2006 and began playing in the WNWBL in 2009 with the Perth Western Stars. She was named the 1-point MVP in 2016 and 2017 and made the league’s All-Star team in 2015, 2016 and 2017.

Sarah made her debut with the national team in 2011 and went on to compete in the Osaka Cup, AOZ Championships and the Under-25 World Championships with the Australian Devils where she claimed silver medals in 2011 and 2015.

Sarah was a member of the Gliders’ 2012 Paralympic Team, which claimed the silver medal in London.

At the Tokyo 2020 Games, the Gliders ended their Paralympic campaign in ninth position, winning against Algeria in the ninth-tenth playoff match.…
