Para-Performance Pathway Manager
Paralympics Australia (PA) supports and enhances all Australian Para-athletes who aspire to be Paralympians and in doing so inform and inspire all Australians.
The Para-Performance Pathway Manager is a newly created role to assist develop strategies and programs for emerging Para-athletes to achieve future medal winning performances. Working closely with key stakeholders including AIS, NSOs, NINs and PA staff, these programs will include talent identification, profiling methods and availability of suitable support services, including coaching. The role has flexibility to be based at our Sydney or Melbourne offices and is a fixed term contract until December 2021.
