IPC Athlete Sponsorship and Advertising Regulations
These Regulations are provided by the International Paralympic Committee (IPC). They address the key principles relating to the use of Athletes in Advertising by their personal sponsors and sponsors of the Australian Paralympic Team and are applicable to the Milano Cortina 2026 Paralympic Games. They aim to provide Athletes with a better opportunity to work with their personal sponsors in a manner consistent with their rights and responsibilities as a Paralympic athlete.

IPC Social & Digital Media Guidelines
The Digital Media Guidelines have been prepared by the International Paralympic Committee (IPC). They apply to all accredited persons for the Milano Cortina 2026 Paralympic Games and in particular to all competing athletes and their personal sponsors.

IPC News Access Rules (NAR)
Milano Cortina 2026 News Access Rules are designed to protect the exclusivity of Media Rights Holders (MRH), broadcasters that have paid for media rights while permitting fair access for accredited non-rightsholders (ENR) covering television, radio and news media organisations to provide Paralympic Games highlights for news reporting purposes.
This document clearly outlines the rules that apply to coverage by ENR organisations, as well as venue access rules and restrictions within the host cities and Italy.

Paralympics Australia Brand Guidelines
The Brand Book provides organisations and sponsors who are authorised to use the Paralympics Australia brand with detailed guidelines on the proper use of the brand and logo to help protect the value of the brand. Authorised users of the Paralympics Australia brand are:

Sponsors and Partners of Paralympics Australia with contracted authorisation to use the brand

Paralympics Australia Members including National Sports Organisations responsible for sports on the Paralympic Games program
-
Institutes/Academies of Sport who are members of the National Institute Network (NIN)

Any other organisation specifically authorised by Paralympics Australia
Organisations authorised to use the Paralympics Australia brand must:
- Comply with the specific guidelines set in the brand book
- Submit every use of the Paralympics Australia logo for approval to the Marketing team.
Paralympics Australia logo files can be obtained upon request.
