Para-sport: SA Multi-Sport Come & Try Day

Join us for a huge day of Para-sport at our Multi-Sport Come and Try Day at Lights Community and Sport Centre on Sunday 7 November.

This is a great opportunity to try a variety of Para-sports, learn more about the sports and programs on offer in your local area, meet new friends, connect with local Clubs and have fun!

This event is suitable for ages 10+ (under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian).

Entry and participation is FREE. Registrations are essential.

If you’d like to give any of the Para-sports a go on the day, please remember to wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear, and bring a water bottle.
