Director Vacancies
PA is a Company limited by guarantee and operates in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). PA is also a registered Charity and operates in accordance with the Charities Act 2013 (Cth) and requirements of the Australian Charities and Not-For-Profits Commission (ACNC).
The PA Board is comprised of 5-9 Directors with each director having a maximum term of nine (9) years. PA is seeking nominations from suitable candidates for positions on the Board of Directors.
