Paralympic Workplace Diversity Program

The Paralympic Workplace Diversity Program (PWDP) is an initiative of Paralympics Australia designed to help place past and present Para-athletes into employment. Paralympic Employment Providers offer flexible work environments and meaningful career opportunities specific to the skills, experience and career goals of each participant. 360 HR Consulting, a boutique recruitment and consulting organisation based in Sydney, has been appointed by Paralympics Australia to manage the PWDP.

Athlete Testimonial

“360 HR Consulting was extremely helpful in keeping me up-to-date with what was going on and were happy to answer any of my questions at any time. Before my interview, they made sure I was aware of what I could come up against in the interview and this made it much easier for me to be myself. I had never done an interview with a panel of people before, so with the tips 360 HR had given me, I was much more prepared for anything that may have been thrown at me. The Paralympic Workplace Diversity Program is fantastic for the athletes who have joined it. My employer has been so supportive of my swimming career. Everyone is happy.” – Matt Levy, Para-swimming
