Which Paralympic Sports am I eligible for?

Paralympic Sport caters for a range of disabilities and sporting interests. The Select-a-Sport pathway tool will help you understand which sports you are eligible for depending upon your physical characteristics and disability.

If your goal is to compete in Paralympic sport, it is important you participate in a sport which suits your skills and abilities. Using the Select-a-Sport pathway tool, first select the category below that best describes your disability, and then follow the appropriate prompts to produce a list of sports in which you may be eligible to participate against other athletes with a disability.

The Select-a-Sport tool should only be used as a guide to identify potential Paralympic sport/s for which you are eligible. The APC suggests you register for testing at a Toyota Paralympic Talent Search day and/or undertake a Classification Assessment to further assist in identifying the Paralympic sport/s most suited to you.
